Reasons to report a facility listing include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Fraudulent experience
  2. Non-existence facility

Should a facility listing meet any of the criteria above, you can follow the following steps to report it.

 

1. Sign in and navigate to the listing

Ensure you are signed in, then navigate to the facility listing (the reporting process is anonymous!)

2. Report Now!

Scroll to the report listing tab and click the “Report Now!” button.

That is all!

You would receive a notification that the report has been successfully submitted.

 

Please note:

  1. The report process is completely ANONYMOUS, it cannot be traced back to you.
  2. Reporting a facility listing does not lead to its deletion. The report would be looked into and appropriate measures will be taken.
